Our mission is to provide safe, fun and educational river experiences that inspire people to connect with nature and appreciate the beauty of our local rivers.

Founded by Brett Wallace, Horizon Flow Co is a locally owned and operated hobby turned tour business to introduce people to sections of the river that are not often seen by most river-go'ers. Born in Alabama and got to Texas as fast as he could, the San Marcos and surrounding rivers have called his name to share this with people and hope they enjoy it just as much as he does.
